Perspectahas an immediate need in our US Public Sector group for a Video Teleconference Technician in Colorado Springs, CO. -SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED - SECURITY + CERTIFICATION A MUST HAVE!


Monitors and responds to complex technical problems utilizing variety of VTC, to include Polycom, Collaboration hardware and software testing tools and techniques
Provide primary interface with contractor support service groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance 
May provide network server support
Requires extensive knowledge of PC/network communications hardware/software in a multi-protocol environment, and network management software
Work with Vendors to evaluate and report on new communications technologies to enhance capabilities of ensure Rich Media service coverage as required by contract 
Assist with ticket system queue to ensure all open request are being completed according to contract requirements
Other duties as assigned


Skills:
Commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service with outstanding written and oral communication
Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree, or HS Diploma/GED and  5 years hands on job related experience
    • Polycom CVE (Desired)
    • Security + certifications 
    • Need a DoD Secret security clearance.
